The Town Centre Toolkit contains ideas and examples of how people and organisations can make their town centre more attractive, more active, and more accessible. It should be used as a source of inspiration rather than a set of recommendations.


14:35    Parking: Whose Space is it anyway? 

Ralston MacKenzie – Peter Brett Associates

The session will discuss parking legislation and roads as ‘right of passage’, the need for parking management     and intervention to dispel myths about parking. Ralston will include results from recent Parking Impact Assessments and case study examples of the benefit of Park and Rides and Modal Transfer.
