In this seminar Ken Gibb will set out the objectives and nature of CaCHE.  He will explain how it will work and be organised and the distinctive ways CaCHE will set itself apart.

Presenter: Ken Gibb, Director, UK Collaborative Centre for Housing Evidence (CaCHE)

Funded by the ESRC, AHRC and Joseph Rowntree Foundation, CaCHE is a consortium of 10 Universities and 3 non-HEIs, alongside many other partners (e.g. Wheatley). This housing evidence centre is a once in a generational UK-wide research investment that will establish a large-scale five-year programme that seeks to better evidence housing as a system and influence policy making and good practice in the interests of all in society.
