The UK energy system is changing, driven partly by emission reduction targets and the growth of renewable energy generation, but also by tech developments and the increasing recognition that demand management and energy storage can be as important as ensuring security of supply.

Energy companies, tech developers and investors are planning how to take advantage of these changes, but are consumers?  And what should be the role of community institutions in trying to ensure that the potential benefits for consumers are realised?

Presenter: Nicholas Gubbins, Chief Executive, Community Energy Scotland
